Privacy Policy

1. Business Operator

HACCHUKUN Inc. (the "Company") handles personal information of users of the B2B food ordering service "HACCHUKUN" (the "Service") appropriately, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (APPI) and other applicable laws.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Name, store or company name, job title
Phone number, email address, store and delivery addresses
LINE account identifier (only if you consent to LINE integration)
Transaction records relating to orders, deliveries and payments (including credit balances)
Service usage logs (access time, IP address, device information)

3. Purposes of Use

Providing the Service: ordering, delivery, billing (including qualified invoices) and payment management
Identity verification, account management and fraud prevention
Sending notifications on orders, deliveries and payments via LINE etc. (consenting users only)
Statistical analysis for service improvement (processed so individuals cannot be identified)
Responses required by law

4. Transfer to Third Parties in Foreign Countries

Important: The servers and the development and operation base of the Service are located in the Republic of Korea. Collected personal information is stored on servers in Korea. Pursuant to Article 28 of the APPI, the Company transfers personal information only after obtaining the user's explicit consent, and implements safety measures based on the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. Consent is obtained on the consent screen at login.

5. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

Sharing among business partners (wholesalers, stores, delivery drivers) to the extent necessary to fulfill orders
Minimum linkage with LY Corporation to send LINE notifications (consenting users only)
Where required by law

6. Retention Period

Transaction records are retained for 7 years in principle as required by law (Corporation Tax Act, Consumption Tax Act, etc.) and deleted without delay thereafter. Account information is deleted after withdrawal, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational safety measures such as access control, encrypted communication and log auditing.

8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction and Suspension of Use

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or suspension of use of their own personal information. Please contact the desk below; we will respond without delay after identity verification.
